Marketing Specialist

About the role

Infinix Mobiles Pakistan is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist with FMCG experience to drive brand growth and consumer engagement. The role involves translating market insights into effective campaigns and supporting product launches across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Develop BTL activities, consumer promotions, retail activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor actions, and sales data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate in‑store promotions, point‑of‑sale branding, and visibility projects with sales and channel teams.
• Support new product launches through go‑to‑market planning and promotional strategies.
• Manage relationships with advertising, creative, and activation agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Track campaign KPIs, evaluate effectiveness, and prepare actionable performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, mandatory FMCG background.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Lahore.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for marketing analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation and reporting.
