About the role

Acom Corp is looking for a motivated Mid‑Level Storage System Engineer to join its IT infrastructure team in Karachi. You will be responsible for managing enterprise storage solutions, ensuring high availability, and supporting the company’s virtualization platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise SAN/NAS storage systems.
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and storage‑related issues.
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Full‑time, on‑site position based in Karachi.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, RAID).
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
