MTO – SRE – Cloud Operations Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated MTO – SRE to join our Operations Team. You will monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot incidents, and support customers in a fast‑paced, technical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer cloud environments and internal infrastructure to ensure availability and timely alert response.
• Respond to alerts and perform L1 troubleshooting to restore services and minimise impact.
• Manage support tickets within defined SLOs, providing updates, accurate documentation and proper closure.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the service lifecycle.
• Identify recurring issues from monitoring and ticket trends and escalate when needed.
• Execute standard service delivery and provisioning tasks according to SOPs and agreed TATs.
• Ensure proper shift handover and ownership of open tickets, incidents and pending tasks.
• Participate in rotational shifts, on‑call support and technical training to improve cloud operations skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, Windows/Linux systems, networking and cloud fundamentals.
• Strong willingness to learn, good communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Readiness to work rotational shifts.
