Operations Manager – Lahore (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day business activities in our Lahore office. The role focuses on end‑to‑end supply chain, procurement and inventory management for a fast‑growing consumer‑goods business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth execution across sourcing, supplier management, order placement and procurement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners, especially in China.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts and stock planning to optimise turnover and avoid disruptions.
• Oversee shipment coordination, warehousing and distribution to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Track operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency, quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and service providers to secure optimal value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service to align operational activities with business goals.
• Prepare operational reports, forecasts and performance analyses for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement or inventory management, preferably in skincare, beauty, retail or consumer products.
• Proven track record managing supplier relationships in China and overseeing end‑to‑end logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP or Inventory Management Systems.
