About the role
We are seeking a motivated Organizational Development Intern to join our Lahore office. This internship provides hands‑on experience in HR and OD practices, supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and delivering OD programs such as training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Support performance management processes through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Contribute to organizational surveys, feedback mechanisms, and culture‑building projects.
- Prepare HR dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams on change‑management and talent‑development initiatives.
- Provide administrative and research support for ongoing OD activities.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of HR analytics or survey tools.
- Familiarity with organizational behavior and change‑management concepts.
