Outbound Sales Agent – Call Center

About the role

We are looking for energetic outbound Sales Agents to join our call centre in Karachi. The role focuses on contacting prospective customers, presenting our services, and converting leads into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers during evening/night shifts.
• Present product offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide follow‑up support and address customer inquiries as needed.

Required profile

• Strong English communication and negotiation abilities.
• Previous experience in customer support, sales or BPO environments.
• Minimum education: Intermediate or A‑Levels.
• Willingness to work evening or night schedules.
