Paid Creative Designer Internship – Graphic & Video

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Creative Designer intern to produce high‑impact graphic and video assets for telecom‑focused digital marketing campaigns. The role blends visual design, video editing, and performance‑marketing insight to help drive engagement across multiple ad platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design original images and short‑form videos tailored for Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn ad formats.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives for B2B and B2C telecom audiences.
• Collaborate with media managers and copywriters to ensure creatives align with campaign goals and A/B testing plans.
• Deliver a set quota of new ad variations each week to mitigate ad fatigue.
• Maintain 100 % compliance with platform technical specifications to avoid rejections.
• Monitor competitor ads and viral trends to propose fresh creative angles.
• Organise digital assets, raw footage, templates and final exports in a shared library.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to create visual content through coursework, personal projects, or freelance work.
• Basic understanding of performance‑marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC and CPA.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Meta ad formats (Feed, Story, Carousel, Reels)
• Basic familiarity with Google Ads creative concepts
• Experience with AI design assistants (e.g., Midjourney, Google Omni, Nano Banana) is a plus
