Performance Marketing Officer

About the role

A Performance Marketing Officer is needed to join the Ecommerce department and support the planning, execution, monitoring and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of digital marketing, campaign performance, audience targeting and basic ecommerce analytics, and is eager to learn and improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and running Meta and Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce brands
• Set up, monitor and optimize campaigns according to performance objectives
• Track metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate and revenue
• Analyze campaign performance and find ways to improve it
• Help create audiences, retargeting and lookalike audiences, and segment campaigns
• Work with the Content and Creative team on ad creatives, videos, copy and promotions
• Do basic competitor and market research to spot new advertising opportunities
• Monitor daily spend and make sure budgets are used well
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports
• Test audiences, creatives, ad copy, placements and strategies continuously

Required profile

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and a basic understanding of Google Ads
• Good knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field; 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or ecommerce; experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads; experience in an ecommerce setting
