Point of Sale Associate

About the role

Mohammadi Optical is seeking a full‑time Point of Sale Associate to join its Karachi Central District store. You will be the front‑line representative, handling transactions, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience in a fast‑paced optical retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the POS system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Assist customers in selecting prescription glasses, sunglasses, and related accessories.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area and display shelves.
• Support overall store operations, including inventory checks and restocking when needed.

Required profile

• Experience using POS systems and handling cash or card payments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep the work area organized.
• Willingness to learn basic knowledge of eyewear products.
• Prior retail experience, especially in the optical sector, is a plus.
