Power Platform Developer

About the role

You will design, build and support business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves working with Canvas and Model‑driven apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and integrating solutions with Azure services, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven) including forms, business rules and role‑based experiences.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, integrations and data synchronization.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards, handling data modelling and basic DAX measures.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, columns and security roles.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Extend solutions using Azure Functions and API‑based integrations.
• Support deployment and release practices using solutions, environments and basic ALM patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimise performance and maintain clear documentation.
• Participate in an Agile team, delivering work via tickets, sprints and code reviews.

Required profile

• Graduate or 1‑3 years of commercial experience building Power Platform solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to learn from feedback.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven), Power Automate, Power BI.
• Dataverse table design, relationships, security roles and solution packaging.
• SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams integration.
• Azure Functions, REST APIs, Azure API Management.
• Azure DevOps or Git source control and basic ALM tooling.
• Entra ID app registrations, authentication basics.
• JSON handling, DAX measures, data modelling.
