Programmatic Manager

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Programmatic Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of programmatic media campaigns for a portfolio of leading brands. You will act as the data‑driven media buying expert, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to deliver high‑performing, audience‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems, platforms, and campaign workflows.
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, and basic optimisation activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, publishers, and technology partners.
• Ensure accurate execution of live campaigns and adherence to agreed KPIs.
• Lead optimisation strategies to improve reach, efficiency and conversion performance.
• Identify new audience, inventory and data opportunities across platforms.

• Strong analytical thinking with a data‑driven mindset.
• Hands‑on experience with programmatic media buying and campaign management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through media campaigns.
