Project Lead – Legal & Tech Strategy (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead a high‑impact project that shapes legal frameworks for emerging technologies. This remote, full‑time position will work closely with product and engineering teams to embed compliance and risk management into the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies that align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure legal compliance throughout product development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex legal projects in technology‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
