About the role

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead a high‑impact project that shapes legal frameworks for emerging technologies. This remote, full‑time position reports to a global leader in the technology, information, and internet sector, offering the chance to influence AI and data‑driven product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies that align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams to ensure compliance throughout development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of legal experience, including 3+ years in a project leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex legal projects in technology‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

• Deep understanding of technology law, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements.
