QA/QC Engineer – Lahore

About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our Lahore office, supporting design and engineering projects across power generation, transmission, and construction. The role involves ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle and assisting senior quality staff with audits and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality review on design submittals from engineering disciplines.
• Monitor and ensure the closure of quality markups by engineering disciplines.
• Develop or assist in developing project quality documents such as quality plans, objectives, procedures, and KPIs.
• Conduct process and project quality monitoring for implementation of company QMS procedures and quality plans.
• Support the senior quality engineer in developing quality documents for projects and tendering.
• Liaise with engineering disciplines to acquire data for quality monitoring, statistical analysis, and trend reporting.
• Conduct internal quality audits for projects.
• Assist the senior quality engineer in preparation for ISO audits and any customer audits.
• Handle ad‑hoc requirements from the Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) from an accredited institution.
• Internal Quality Auditor certification ISO 9001:2015.
• 5–8 years of experience in design & engineering or EPC organizations.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
