Real Estate Agent – Full-time, On-site in Islamabad

About the role

Assets Plus is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to join its Islamabad office. You will work directly with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, guiding them through property searches, viewings, negotiations and closings while delivering the company’s client-first service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients for residential and commercial properties.
• List, market and promote properties using appropriate channels.
• Conduct property tours and prepare necessary documentation for transactions.
• Analyse local market trends and provide price and value guidance.
• Coordinate with legal, financial and property-management professionals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure high-quality customer service.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real-estate regulations and practices.
• Hands-on experience in real-estate transactions, both residential and/or commercial.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Urdu or other local languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively and handle multiple clients simultaneously.

• Competence in email and office productivity software.
