Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Al Rehman Garden Hospital. The role involves managing front‑desk operations, providing information, and supporting clinical staff in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a courteous attitude.
• Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments and handle inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain and update patient records and perform routine administrative tasks.
• Coordinate communication between doctors, nurses and other hospital personnel.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Process billing and payments when required.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant experience; fresh candidates are also welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Fluency in Urdu and basic English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Basic computer literacy.
