About the role
We are seeking a Registry & Exams Officer to manage academic processes for our UK Higher Education programmes at the Islamabad Support & Liaison Office. The role involves coordinating examinations, maintaining student records, and ensuring compliance with UK standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate exams and assessments, including timetabling and attendance support.
- Manage student records and registry operations.
- Prepare academic documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams and UK stakeholders on academic matters.
- Handle student academic queries and support processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in higher education or academic administration.
- Familiarity with UK Higher Education systems or learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard) preferred.
- Strong Excel and documentation skills.
- Excellent English communication.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and professionalism.
- Based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
