Remote Call Center Agent

About the role

Join a fast‑paced remote call center where you will make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers across the United States. You will use a CRM and dialer system, follow a proven script, and receive structured training to generate qualified appointments for sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using the company CRM and dialer.
• Engage prospects, clearly communicate services, and follow the provided script.
• Handle common questions and objections while maintaining a positive tone.
• Identify interested prospects, determine appointment eligibility, and book qualified appointments on sales calendars.
• Log call results, lead statuses, and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent calling activity throughout each shift and meet performance goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team check‑ins, and other support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent spoken communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls and following scripts.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to update CRM records accurately.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, smartphone, and consistent power supply.
• Previous call‑center, outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
