About the role
We are looking for experienced remote IT professionals to provide end‑to‑end technical support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. The role involves diagnosing hardware and software issues, assisting users, and maintaining IT infrastructure from a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems for Windows 10/11 devices.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), and manage enrolled devices.
- Perform system updates, driver installations, and backup/restore operations.
- Support printers, peripheral devices, and network printers.
- Provide basic security assistance, including antivirus, malware, and phishing awareness.
Required profile
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hands‑on experience in Microsoft environments.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Required skills
- Windows 10 & Windows 11 administration
- Basic Windows Server knowledge
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Azure AD (Entra ID) device management
- PowerShell (basic)
- DISM, CHKDSK, SFC, Event Viewer, Reliability Monitor
- IP configuration, DNS, VPN basics
- BIOS/UEFI, SSD/NVMe troubleshooting
- Printer setup and driver troubleshooting
- Outlook, Office/365 apps, Excel, Word
- Dropbox, OneDrive, Chrome, Edge browsers
- Antivirus/endpoint protection basics
