Remote LLM Agentic Trainer - Programmer

About the role

Turing is looking for remote programmers to help validate and improve training data for agentic AI systems. You will work closely with AI researchers to ensure that large‑scale datasets meet strict quality standards and support cutting‑edge LLM applications.

Key responsibilities

• Validate large‑scale training datasets and enforce quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to align data with agentic use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple projects.
• Document best practices and contribute to dataset preparation guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.) for data handling and automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Experience working with JSON data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to agentic AI, LLMs, or NLP.
