Remote Marketing Specialist – SEO, AEO & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a driven Marketing Specialist to expand our digital presence through SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), content optimization, and social media. This full‑time remote role focuses on hands‑on execution and continuous improvement under the guidance of a Marketing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑page SEO and AEO improvements, optimizing content for featured snippets, AI search results, and voice queries.
• Build and refine keyword and content strategies using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Create, update, and repurpose SEO‑aligned content to boost rankings, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, monitoring performance and suggesting enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, accept feedback, and progressively take on greater ownership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content optimization.
• Strong understanding of on‑page SEO and modern AEO/AI search trends.
• Proven ability to manage social‑media accounts and produce high‑quality written content.
• Self‑starter with high accountability, comfortable working remotely.
