Sales Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a target‑driven Sales Account Executive based in Karachi to expand our corporate transportation client base, offering solutions such as carpooling, rentals, employee shuttles, airport transfers, and intercity travel.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call and reach out to prospective corporate clients across various industries.
• Identify and qualify new leads through research, referrals, and networking.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the onboarding team.
• Maintain an accurate lead tracker with up‑to‑date contact information and follow‑up statuses.
• Pitch transportation solutions and tailor approaches to each client.
• Consistently follow up to move leads through the sales funnel and meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, telesales, or business development (6+ months B2B preferred).
• Strong communication skills with confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Self‑starter mindset, able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
• Own equipment, reliable internet, and electricity backup.
• Experience with CRM or lead‑tracking tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if experience is sufficient.
