Sales Agent / Lead Generation Specialist - US Healthcare RCM

About the role

RCM Vista is a healthcare revenue cycle management company supporting medical practices and healthcare organizations across the U.S. market with medical billing, claims management and insurance follow-up. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Agent / Lead Generation Specialist in Karachi to identify and qualify prospective U.S. healthcare clients, make outbound calls and follow-ups, and generate leads for its RCM and medical billing services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. physicians, clinics and practice managers using provided data
• Explain RCM and medical billing services clearly and professionally
• Reach decision-makers past front-desk gatekeepers
• Ask discovery questions about current billing setups, pain points and interest
• Qualify prospects and book meetings and demos for the senior sales team
• Follow up with prospects by call and email
• Log every call, note and lead status accurately in the CRM
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversations and qualified leads
• Handle objections politely and coordinate with operations for client transitions

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling or appointment setting (U.S. campaigns preferred)
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
• Confidence on the phone and ability to handle rejection
• Comfortable working the U.S. night shift
• Target-driven, self-motivated and coachable

Required skills

• Basic understanding of U.S. healthcare, medical billing or RCM is a big plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar) is a plus
• Nice to have: prior experience calling U.S. doctors or practices, knowledge of claims, denials, AR, credentialing, EHR/PM systems, and dialer software (Vicidial, RingCentral, Aircall)
