Sales Executive - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

About the role

YKK Pakistan Pvt Limited is hiring a Sales Executive for its sales team in Sialkot. The role drives sales growth by identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships and closing deals. It does not involve managing a team and suits someone who works independently in a dynamic sales environment. Textile experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady progress toward monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams and give them feedback on customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to find improvements and new strategies.
• Report sales activity and forecast future performance to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Textile experience required.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented, able to adapt to changing market demands.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
