Security Dispatcher – Lahore

About the role

The Security Dispatcher will serve as the communication hub between on‑ground security guards in Lahore and the operations team based in Australia. You will ensure timely information flow, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination of daily security activities.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with security guards via calls, messages, and internal systems.
• Monitor operational updates, incidents, shift activity, and guard check‑ins.
• Record call logs, attendance, reports, and operational notes with high accuracy.
• Escalate urgent matters to supervisors or management according to company procedures.
• Follow dispatch protocols, reporting standards, and client instructions.
• Support coordination between the Lahore dispatch office and the Australia‑based security operations team.

Required profile

• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to stay alert, calm, and professional during duty hours.
• Basic computer literacy (email, Google Sheets, Excel, reporting tools).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and reliable punctuality.
• Previous experience in dispatch, security operations, call centre, CCTV monitoring, logistics coordination, or similar support roles is preferred.
