About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance backend systems. The role focuses on creating scalable microservices, optimizing databases, and leveraging modern cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications and APIs.
• Build scalable and secure microservices using Java and/or Python.
• Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and integrations.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud services.

Required profile

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, or Gradle.
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB and relational databases (SQL/MySQL).
• Solid understanding of API development, system architecture, and backend best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
