About the role
We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI Designer to create intuitive, human‑centered AI experiences across chat and voice. The role works closely with product and engineering teams to shape multi‑turn flows, optimize LLM responses and ensure inclusive interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Design multi‑turn conversational flows, dialogue strategies and error‑recovery experiences.
- Develop and optimize prompts to improve LLM response quality and AI behavior.
- Design integrated voice, text and visual experiences and analyze conversation data for performance improvements.
Required profile
- 4+ years designing complex chat/voice experiences or working in writing/digital product teams.
- 1+ year hands‑on designing conversational AI solutions with strong knowledge of LLMs, bot platforms and prompt engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (mandatory).
