Senior Data Analyst

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst supports the Group’s risk reporting architecture by ensuring accurate data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analytics for CPPR reporting. The role contributes to dashboards, automation tools and analytical models that improve transparency and decision‑making across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Extract obligor‑level data from approved systems, perform detailed validation, exception analysis and reconcile with country balance sheets.
• Support preparation of CPPR reports and cross‑sectional analytics, including industry segmentation and risk rating distribution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, automation scripts and analytical tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain audit trails, version control, documentation, data dictionaries and classification standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting or risk analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and country teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (BI), SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with automation tools and dashboard development.
