Senior DevOps Engineer – Agentic Platform

About the role

CONVO is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the delivery infrastructure for its agentic platform. You will own CI/CD and GitOps pipelines for Python services, agents, tools, and platform configurations, ensuring secure, observable, and reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Python services, agent definitions, prompts, tools, and platform configuration.
• Deploy Kubernetes workloads using GitOps with promotion, rollback, and environment‑specific policies.
• Integrate automated unit, API, security, and LLM‑evaluation checks into release gates.
• Manage secrets, sandbox isolation, and least‑privilege deployment identities.
• Instrument pipelines and services for traceability, health monitoring, and incident diagnosis.
• Maintain reusable deployment templates and coach engineering teams on release standards.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• At least 3 years of production experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Strong background in CI/CD for Kubernetes‑hosted services.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform (or equivalent) and cloud operations, preferably Azure.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for pipeline tooling and automation.
