Senior Graphic Designer – Islamabad

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual creation for a range of client projects and agency assets. The role combines end‑to‑end design execution with strategic collaboration, ensuring high‑impact visuals across social and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full design and illustration process from ideation to execution for assigned clients and jobs.
• Develop creative designs and illustrations for social and digital media campaigns as needed.
• Generate ideas in line with the creative and strategy teams.
• Contribute to pitch presentations when required.
• Assist in directing design for the agency’s own social and digital assets.
• Build personal capacity with technology and digital media product designs.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with creative and strategy teams to develop innovative concepts.
• Adapt to dynamic job demands aligned with global and local trends and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of current design trends and digital media platforms.
• Understanding of ethical use of generative AI tools in design workflows.
