Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in Karachi. You will oversee a growing team of HR professionals and support a workforce of more than 150 employees, driving a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
• Organise regular team meetings and town‑hall sessions to align with company goals.
• Address employee concerns and grievances proactively and empathetically.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team‑building events.
• Create, update and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Conduct periodic audits with the HR Business Partner to verify policy and regulatory adherence.
• Manage the performance review process and recognise high performers.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programmes.
• Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and oversee a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Manage relationships with third‑party recruitment firms and handle recruitment data and reporting.
• Supervise two payroll specialists and coordinate with external consultants to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading HR teams in a mid‑size organization.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.
