Senior Manager Business Planning & Pricing

About the role

The Senior Manager Business Planning & Pricing is responsible for shaping the pricing strategy across all market segments, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving revenue, market share and profitability targets. The role combines deep data analysis, competitive benchmarking and industry insight to guide new product development and continuous portfolio improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and pricing strategy, translating it into actionable business plans.
• Monitor tariff submissions and product documentation to ensure alignment with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage pricing propositions—including tariffs, bundles and promotional offers—for Mass Market, Youth, MBB, Postpaid and other segments.
• Conduct margin, elasticity and ARPU impact assessments for all proposals.
• Track revenue, subscriber KPIs, usage patterns and traffic trends; work with segment teams to define corrective actions.
• Perform post‑launch evaluations to measure financial and behavioral impact of pricing changes.
• Monitor competitor pricing moves and industry developments to enable proactive responses.
• Identify innovative bundles or value‑added features to attract new customers and sustain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with BI, Finance, Regulatory and Legal teams to align pricing initiatives with business priorities and compliance.
• Lead the preparation of high‑level management presentations and drive operational excellence in business planning and pricing functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pricing, business planning or revenue management within the telecom sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into commercial actions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and senior‑level presentations.
