Senior Manager – Human Resources (Female) Evening Shift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead our HR function on an evening shift aligned with US business hours. The role involves strategic partnership with senior leadership, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, and driving a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, succession, and talent development.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, non‑technical, managerial and leadership positions, and manage recruitment KPIs.
• Oversee onboarding, promotions, transfers, separations, HRIS, attendance, leave management and payroll coordination.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, design performance management frameworks, and coach managers on performance issues.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and develop HR analytics dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani labour laws, maintain HR policies and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive HR experience with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing the complete HR function in a medium‑sized or large organization.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to manage competing priorities.
