Senior Manager – Service Assurance

About the role

Sky47 is seeking a Senior Manager Service Assurance to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of its service‑assurance architecture across datacenter and cloud environments. The role ensures end‑to‑end visibility, proactive monitoring, and SLA compliance for critical infrastructure and facility systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain service‑assurance architecture across all datacenter operational domains.
• Align assurance capabilities with business growth, customer SLAs, and resilience objectives.
• Define and govern centralized monitoring, observability, and telemetry frameworks, including DCIM/BMS integrations.
• Establish standards for metrics collection, alert generation, event correlation, and dashboard visualization.
• Create service dependency maps, availability models, health scoring systems, and customer‑impact dashboards.
• Automate incident response workflows, escalation handling, and preventive maintenance processes.
• Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM tools and align with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request management).
• Support onboarding of new infrastructure and smooth transition from project to operations.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in service assurance, IT infrastructure operations, or datacenter engineering.
• 5–7 years focused on monitoring architecture, automation, and ITSM integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications preferred: ITIL Foundation or higher, TOGAF, Automation/DevOps, DCIM/BMS.
