Senior Product Designer

About the role

AHOY is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation and refinement of digital product experiences. You will combine user research, strategic vision, and design expertise to deliver solutions that are both visually compelling and highly functional.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design process for new and existing products with a user‑centered approach.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate feedback into design decisions.
• Create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure designs follow industry best practices, maintain brand cohesion, and meet accessibility standards.
• Iterate designs based on testing results and user feedback to improve usability and engagement.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 5‑7+ years of product design experience in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design methodology.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and guide team members.
• Passion for continuous learning and creating outstanding user experiences.
