Senior Program & Project Manager – IT Service Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program & Project Manager to lead IT service delivery initiatives. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring high‑quality service execution in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end IT projects and programs.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Lead cross‑functional technical and operational teams.
• Handle client communication, escalations, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor project KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance.
• Improve delivery processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.
• Prepare project reports, timelines, and management updates.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage teams, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Strong understanding of IT operations and service delivery models.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, IT Service Delivery, and Client & Operations Management.
