About the role
Join Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Sales Executive in Lahore and help shape the future of healthcare. You will work within a global, flexible environment that encourages personal and professional growth while delivering innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and advance strategic and financial goals for the Diagnostic Imaging & Advanced Therapies business lines (CT, MRI, Angiography, Molecular Imaging, IT products).
- Acquire new business, ensuring market and customer transparency across the assigned territory.
- Plan and manage budget, forecast, sales, order intake, margin, market share, account penetration and coverage.
- Interact effectively with clinicians, industry leaders, consultants, regulatory bodies and local government entities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic customers at appropriate management levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales management, legal/compliance, HR, service, project management and logistics.
Required profile
- Engineering or Business degree from a reputable university.
- 5‑8 years of relevant sales experience in the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and apply Siemens Healthineers’ business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and strong drive for results.
- Deep understanding of the local market, especially government procurement agencies.
