Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Stewart is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead hands‑on development and platform governance. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and extend ServiceNow solutions that drive business outcomes and ensure platform stability across production and non‑production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise for design, development, and implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Establish and support best practices around instance strategy, technical governance, data integrity, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver effective resolutions.
• Serve as an escalation point and technical guide for the extended ServiceNow team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ServiceNow features and align solutions with out‑of‑the‑box capabilities.
• Drive continual service improvement through reusable assets and refined implementation processes.
• Generate and maintain technical design, configuration, and code documentation.
• Lead design review sessions and contribute to automation or AI‑enabled feature development.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs, including cloud‑native and machine‑learning platforms.

Required profile

• ServiceNow Certified Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• 5+ years of advanced ServiceNow administration, configuration, integration, and development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to own issues end‑to‑end.
• Excellent communication skills for networking with internal and external stakeholders.
