Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

Systems Limited is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead high‑speed, high‑quality prototyping and implementation for its digital products targeting the Japan market. You will collaborate with UX analysts, product owners and business teams to deliver best‑in‑class user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components and consistent experiences across digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technically feasible, high‑quality implementation of designs.
• Ensure digital experiences meet WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
• Support data‑driven UX optimisation through experimentation, A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Work within agile product teams alongside Product, Engineering, QA, Analytics and Business stakeholders.
• Design solutions that consider enterprise CMS, ecommerce, CRM and integrated digital ecosystem dependencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of UX/UI design experience for web‑based products.
• Proven ability to produce wireframes, design concepts and prototypes quickly.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies, responsive design principles and component‑based architectures.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Experience with UX experimentation, A/B testing and data‑driven optimisation.
• Background working with enterprise digital platforms such as CMS, ecommerce and CRM.
• Awareness of AI‑assisted UX workflows and emerging digital experience technologies.
