Senior UX/CX Designer

About the role

We are seeking an empathetic and detail‑oriented Senior UX/CX Designer to create user‑centered experiences across complex digital ecosystems. You will work closely with product, engineering, research, and content teams to design seamless, intuitive journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and information architecture artifacts.
• Translate analytics, Voice of Customer (VoC), NPS, and market feedback into design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive UX solutions and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Develop site maps, navigation systems, and information architecture structures while adhering to usability and accessibility standards.
• Support research efforts, turn findings into actionable design solutions, and communicate design rationale clearly.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in UX, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to balance multiple projects.
• Experience working in Agile environments and fast‑paced, matrixed organizations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Figma, FigJam, and Figma Make.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Knowledge of accessibility (A11y) standards and usability principles.
