Shopify Front End Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Shopify Front‑End Developer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining the client‑side of our Shopify e‑commerce platform, ensuring fast, scalable, and user‑friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, meta fields, and advanced CSS.
• Implement dynamic UI components with DOM manipulation, asynchronous JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize performance.
• Write reusable code and libraries for future projects.
• Collaborate with the development team to meet project deadlines.
• Stay current with emerging front‑end technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Familiarity with version control using Git and GitHub.

Required skills

• Shopify platform expertise, including Liquid syntax, Shopify Objects, customizer, meta fields, and admin panel.
• Proficient in JavaScript, asynchronous programming, and DOM manipulation.
• Experience with CSS, advanced selectors, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, and jQuery.
• Understanding of GraphQL.
• Version control with Git.
