Social Media Manager – Remote Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social platforms. This full‑time remote role requires daily hands‑on activity across multiple channels, with a focus on B2B and investor‑focused audiences. You will own ten accounts from day one, driving strategy, content creation, community growth, and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of existing social accounts and develop improvement plans.
• Design platform‑specific content strategies and maintain structured content calendars.
• Publish and manage posts on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), StockTwits, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Bluesky, Pinterest, and others.
• Create and edit short‑form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Engage authentically with communities, especially on Reddit and StockTwits, to grow active followers.
• Boost high‑performing posts using native promotion tools and manage modest paid budgets.
• Analyze engagement, reach, and growth metrics to continuously refine strategy.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of platform culture and audience behavior differences.
• Ability to balance creativity with data‑driven performance tracking.
• Highly organized with capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
