Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Gumcorp is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance its online presence and support overall marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and coordinate with design, sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, competitor activity and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
• Track performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports and support paid social campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience in wood, furniture, interior design or manufacturing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design and video editing using Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
