Software Quality Assurance Lead

About the role

The Software Quality Assurance Lead will drive QA activities for wealth management applications, ensuring that investment and banking processes meet high quality standards. This onsite role supports multiple locations across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA efforts for wealth management systems, coordinating with business, development and other stakeholders.
• Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios and cases, and execute functional, integration, regression and system testing.
• Validate business requirements for investment and transaction processes, including batch file processing.
• Track, manage and report defects through to resolution, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of QA/testing experience, preferably in banking or financial applications.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, investment transactions and core banking systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
