Spice Production Supervisor – Karachi

About the role

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Spice Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Karachi facility. The role focuses on ensuring efficient spice blending, mixing, packaging and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily spice production activities and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor blending, mixing and packaging processes for consistency.
• Maintain product quality in line with company specifications.
• Enforce hygiene, safety and GMP compliance on the production floor.
• Manage production staff, create shift schedules and oversee raw material usage.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily production reports and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma (preferred).
• 2–4 years experience in FMCG food or spice production.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of production SOPs.
• Understanding of hygiene and quality standards.
• Familiarity with GMP compliance.
