SQA Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SQA Analyst to join our Karachi office and support the delivery of high‑quality enterprise applications. You will work within the resource‑center team, collaborating closely with the division‑based R&D department to ensure timely releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for enterprise software.
• Log and track defects using JIRA and Confluence.
• Create and validate data scenarios with SQL queries.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide testing status updates.
• Assist in CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps where applicable.
• Explore AI‑driven testing solutions to improve test efficiency and coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on software testing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Manual testing of enterprise applications.
• JIRA and Confluence for defect tracking.
• SQL for data verification.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps (plus).
• Exposure to AI‑driven testing tools (e.g., self‑healing automation, intelligent test generation).
• Experience with AI/ML assistants like Copilot or ChatGPT.
