Store Manager – Hypermarket

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a hypermarket in Karachi or Lahore, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving sales, profitability and stock efficiency. This senior role reports to regional leadership and works closely with merchandising, finance and HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse commercial performance using qualitative and quantitative data, recommending actions to boost sales and profitability.
• Control operating costs within budgetary limits and implement pricing strategies aligned with corporate policy.
• Monitor stock and sales reports, taking corrective actions to optimise inventory and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to create attractive aisle displays and ensure plan‑ogram compliance.
• Audit merchandise layouts, enforce commercial policies and drive initiatives that lower shrinkage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant retail experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and achieving commercial targets.
