Store Officer

About the role

The Store Officer will oversee daily operations of the on‑site warehouse at Accurate’s manufacturing facility in Sundar Estates. This full‑time position ensures smooth material flow, accurate inventory records and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store and warehouse activities, including receipt, storage and issue of production materials.
• Process material issuance through the SIN system and maintain inventory data in the ERP platform.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and operations teams to meet material requirements.
• Ensure proper handling, storage conditions and safety of all items.
• Monitor loaders and store staff, enforce cleanliness and discipline.
• Handle official email communication related to store operations.
• Support internal audits, stock verification and monthly physical inventory counts.
• Prepare and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and GRNs, maintaining accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5‑6 years of progressive experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and maintain accurate records.
