Student Brand Representative

About the role

JobsterX is an AI-powered global talent platform that connects employers with talent and gives professionals visibility. It is hiring a Student Brand Representative for a contract, remote role. The representative promotes JobsterX within academic institutions and student communities, acting as the face of the brand among students.

Key responsibilities

• Engage peers to raise awareness of JobsterX and share information about its features and benefits
• Encourage sign-ups through online channels and campus networks
• Host or support virtual information sessions and share content on social media
• Answer basic questions about the platform and gather feedback from students to improve outreach strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing and community teams, provide regular updates on activities and results, and maintain a professional presence

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, with active involvement in student organizations, clubs or online communities
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism and interest in talent, careers or technology
• Prior campus ambassador or promotional experience is beneficial but not required

Required skills

• Interpersonal skills and customer service ability to engage peers and represent the platform professionally
• Brand ambassadorship and brand awareness skills, with consistent messaging across student channels
• Clear written and verbal communication for social media outreach, presentations and one-on-one conversations
• Comfort with digital tools and social media, and the ability to work independently remotely while meeting activity targets
