Supply Chain Executive

About the role

Jenpharm Life Sciences is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Executive to oversee warehouse operations and ensure seamless inventory flow. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's dermatology and cosmetical product lines by maintaining accurate stock and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits to guarantee inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth supply‑chain operations.
• Maintain inventory records, prepare stock reports, and ensure timely order processing.
• Implement warehouse safety and quality standards.
• Track and resolve supply‑chain and inventory‑related issues.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory flow.
• Assist in demand planning and stock replenishment activities.

Required profile

• MBA with 1–1.5 years of relevant experience, or BBA with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
